Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, and shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship.

Holiday periods can add a few days, so order early for gifts.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Late or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
