Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on every order within the United States.

How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then most arrive within 7 to 15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Why did my order come in more than one package?
Items sometimes ship from different warehouses. You'll get tracking for each one.

Returns and problems

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What do I do?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Orders and payment

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it.
